I have used the pot to rinse my sinuses but my problem seems to be in the upper sinuses. may I tilt my head further down to try to rinse out the upper cavities? There is a lot of pressure up there and I dont want to get the solution stuck up there and make things worse.Thank you.

You can tilt your head to try and help the solution reach other areas of the sinuses. You do not need to worry about solution becoming stuck.
