My doctor just recommended your sinus rinse. First use and I can feel it working. Confused about the directions. Page 5 says rinse - add the drops of soap then rinse and air dry. Next column shows disinfecting in microwave instructions. Do you have to do the microwave disinfecting after each use or is the air dry enough for daily use?Thank you

We recommend doing the microwave disinfection at least every few days.
