Issue with sinus rinse bottle paint coming off. I contacted neil med + expressed my concerns with paint particles going on the white tube attached to the nose rinse cap. The rep didnt understand how that could happen - I have concerns about those paint particles going into my 9 year old daughters nose - who has cystic fibrosis. Should I be worried?

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We would be happy to replace the bottle for you if you call our customer service at 1-877-477-8633. The paint particles are solely on the outside of the bottle. The only way they can get on the cap is by rubbing off on your hands. You do not need to worry about the particles entering the nasal passage.
