If you want to use a nasal decongestant, please irrigate your nasal passages first. This means that you should use our Sinus Rinse to clean your nasal passages, and then wait 15 to 20 minutes before spraying in a nasal decongestant. If you were to do it the other way around, then you would essentially be washing away the nasal decongestant.
