When I use the sinus rinse - it mainly comes out of the back of my throat. Is this ok? Sometimes a little will come out of the other side - but not like in the video on how to use it!! I wish it did - because I am congested EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE - even with taking allergy medicine - staying away from cats (im allergic) away from smokers - etc. I actually became addicted to Afrin but decided to stop Afrin use and use the sinus rinses to see if this will help with my congestion.

When the Sinus Rinse is used properly, the chances of solution coming out the mouth are very small. Please make sure your head is bent forward, over the sink. Sinus Rinse will help with congestion and is an all-natural solution compared to nasal decongestants.
