I recently purchased a Sinugator; less than 1 month. It is not pumping water or making any sound. I replaced the batteries and it still is not working

I recently purchased a Sinugator; less than 1 month. It is not pumping water or making any sound. I replaced the batteries and it still is not working. I mailed my receipt with the rebate offer - therefore - I can no longer return it to place of purchase. I also have the squeeze neti but the tube split on it and no longer dispenses saline solution.
