I used sinus rinse once and after that I have moderate pain behind my right eye. Do you think I need to visit a doctor for this? Or wait it out. I had sinus infection from cold 10 days before - finished my antibiotics dose. I had severe pain on my right side of face before the antibiotics. Did I use too much pressure?

There is no reason for the pain after the nasal irrigation. I suggest that if symptoms are better, wait it out and if not see your doctor.
