Can using a sinus rinse bring on an existing cold? I am a regular user and used one last night and immediately started blowing my nose throughout the night and developed cold symptons. Does the rinse just bring the cold out sooner?

Actually, it is opposite. I am not sure if this is related to allergy. Let me know what evolves.
