Does NeilMed Rinse clean the sinuses or just the nasal passages??

It is a very interesting question. The answer is ambiguous. Ordinarily, it will clean only nasal passages. In the post sinus surgery cases, it will clean sinuses with a variability and cannot be predicted very precisely. In the normal subjects, the NeilMed sins rinse does penetrate all sinus cavities but does it lead to cleansing or not is hard to say. What is important is to clean out the excess mucus from the nasal passages and clean out the openings of the sinuses and in turn the drainage may be better. I hope that this answers your question.
