I am a teacher - and I have been diagnosed with nodules on my vocal cords. However - I also suffer from chronic rhinitis and other respiratory allergies. I started using sinus rinse when my ENT doctor suggested it to me for my allergies - but since then - it seems like my vocal cords have been getting in worse shape. Since I may swallow a bit of the solutions sometimes - could there be a link ?

Your vocal cords issues are secondary to your other conditions and there is no relationship to the nasal irrigation. Perhaps, you need more aggressive approaches to your chronic rhinitis conditions.
