i am using neilmaid nasa mist saline nasal spray extra strength hypertonic 2.7% from 2010. In starting its work on my symptom - these day i am suffering from nasal dryness - nasal pain - pain like wound in side nose (feels like) face skin srink - redish - feel like bhometting and feeling sufocation after that headech started.

Please use regular strength instead of the green hypertonic packets and use NasoGel for dry noses. If the symptoms do not resolve, please see your doctor or an ENT specialist.
