hi id like to know how i should the neti pot i have? do you just clean the inside of whole thing because i have distilled water but wouldnt that be alot of water needed to clean the whole system. i know that you cant use tap water so do i have no other option but to use the distilled water to clean the neti pot

Please read the brochure and instructions are clear. You will not be using the distilled water in large quantity.
