I am a chinese -MY NOSE ALWAYS FEEL DRY.I used 8oz. Bottle with regular premixed packet to wash nose for couple weeks - I follow the instructions step by step -but also choke everytime. AND -I felt not comfortbale after washing -just like got a cold next morning -then coughing sometime. SO -DR. MEHTA - whats the matter of me? WHAT CAN I DO? THANK YOU.

Try NeilMed Nasogel for dry noses three times a day and use NeilMed Sinus Rinse twice a day and if tolerated use two blue packets for each 8 oz. of water.
