I was totally congested & did the netipot again (3rd time today & its only 5 p.m.) It drained some mucus & then went back to being totally congested. Can you use the netipot too much? What is the maximum you can use it in a day? Since I immed. went back to being congested - should I do netipot immed. again?

Please try using two or three packets and see if it would work better by temporary decongestion effect. Please seek medical advise as indicated. You can use the NetiPot 4 to 6 times a day but if you need that much, additional treatment is usually indicated.
