I have been severly addicted to sinus spray and now have that nasty chronic nose plugged - day - night is worse - cant sleep at all....... During the day - I know I need to get off the nasal sprays and bought your product - but my question is 2 times a day? My lefft nostril is so plugged I can not get the solution in it.... How long does it take to clear up this mess I made with the sinus spray????
