I got the NeilMed Sinugator and am following the instructions. Distilled bottled water - one packet solution - tilt my head down - open mouth. As soon as I press the button and the water shoots into my nose - I feel a sharp stinging sensation as if I were inhaling the water. The water does not drain from the other nostril. What am I doing wrong?
