I have had 2 operations on my nose and constantly have a blocked nose (polyps) I rarely can taste or smell and always have a runny nose even though I dont have any allergies.I have recently started getting headaches and a horrible smell of smoke ashtray in my nose but my partner and I dont smoke.Will neilmed help?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. It is a very difficult situation. Please try using NeilMed hypertonic mixture packets three times a day and see if it makes a difference. Please let me know about the outcome.
