I have had a stuffy nose for 2 months now I have been using nasal sprays nose strips decongestants and nothing works so now Im trying this nasal rinse neilmed sinus rinse and even after I use it my nose its still really congested and blocked so I was wondering how long do I have to use it until it starts to clear up my nose??

Try double concentration. Need to use it for 3 to 4 days for sure. If infection persists, you may need antibiotics at least for 5 to 7 days.
