Is there any evidence of the sinus rinse being used in someone with high blood pressure on a sodium restricted diet? I had a question from a patient the other day - and my first instinct is there shouldnt be a problem because of minimal sodium absorption - but wanted to check. Thanks!

There is nothing to worry about the side effect related to sodium in nasal irrigation saline solution and person having a hypertension. The absorption is miniscual.
