One of my nose has been completely block for several days. When I use sinus rinse with my other nose - fluid only come out from mouth not any from the blocked one. When I very gently try the other one - some came out from my mouth and when to my right eye as tears. After I stop using it. Both nose are blocked again. What should I try now?

I suggest that you try OTC decongestant for a day or two from your local pharmacy as long as there are no contraindications. If it seem to be opening the nasal passage, you start irrigation right away and see if it helps. You may want to try our hypertonic packet as temporarily it will reduce the congestion and allow the passages to clean up better. If no benefit in 2-3 days, please see your regular doctor or an ENT doctor to evaluate the nasal passage obstruction.
