Hello; When I blow my nose immediately after using the rinse bottle - I hear water gurgling in my ear; it sounds as if I had just come out of a swimming pool. The sound does not persist. I have had much trouble over the years with ear infections. Can there be a connection?

There is a connection between the throat and ear by the duct called Eustachian tube. If you blow the nose hard or if you squeeze the bottle too hard, you can push the fluid into the ear. Please squeeze very gently and do the procedure only as directed. If symptoms happen, do not use the system and try our NasaMist Saline Nasal Sprays.
