I tried the NetiPot for the first time - today. I have had a stuffy nose for well over a year now. I used lukewarm - distilled water with one packet of the salt solution. However - my question is this: I could get it to drain out of my left nostril - but I could not get it out the right. I know its swollen - from being stuffy... should I continue?

If you follow the steps perfectly, saline should come out of bothnostrils, unless there ia complete block. Please continue irrigations as tolerated. You will notice the difference.
