How soon should you use the rinse after nasal surgery. I am still getting slight discharge should I wait until this stops as i am not allowed to blow my nose for a week after this operation.

Dear Johanna, It all depends on the advice from your surgeon. It could be as early as day 1 or could be after a week. Please check with your surgeon.
