I was using bottled water for nasal irrigation because your information packet said most bottled water was safe. On closer looking at the bottle - I realized that the bottle only said spring water and it didnt say it was purified. What should I do?

The water is collected from the spring but does undergo usual process of filtration. Please call the company and see if they are using microfiltration process or not. If you give me the name of the company, I can find out more details. Ketan@neilmed.com Meanwhile, please use boiled or distilled water.
