Everytime I use the sinus rinse - my ear has sharp pain - and it feels as if needles are stabbing at the inside of my ears. But it goes back to normal in 10-20 minutes. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

You are probably applying too much pressure. Try using it very gently. You can also Consider using our NasaFlo and see if you still get the same symptoms. The other choice is using any of our NasaMist saline sprays.
