i have a cold and I have been doing sinus rinse for the past week. in the past couple days the cold got worst and i havent been able to breathe through my nose. im 8 weeks pregnant and hesitant to take any medication. please advise.

Please try using two or may be three packets per 8 oz. of rinse solution. If that does not help in a day or two, speak to your doctor. If you have yellow secretions, please speak to your doctor today.
