i have had a white sticky thick mucus both in my throat and nose for 2 years causing constant throat clearing. Do you have a recommendation? i used a product of yours in the past i believe sinusurf but you no longer have that it did offer some relief. thank you for your help
There are some research papers which show that if one puts Johnsons Baby shampoo in the saline solution ( not in the water), one may experience the benefit and mucus may clear out. There is a risk of potential temporary side effect and please weigh the risk and benefit with your doctor. We do not suggest that you use it unless you discuss with your ENT doctor. We will not specify the quantity of shampoo here and let your doctor advise you on that. On questioning, we have observed an occasional side effect of temporary reduction in the sense of smell.
