While trying to disinfect my ceramic Neti Pot following the directions in the package (e.g. microwave it) - my Neti Pot cracked and a sizeable piece broke off near where the lid would go. What should I do about this? Im concerned that the directions in the package may be harmful - if this is a recurring problem.
