I need to know how much of the solution I should have left after using it. I would say about half is all I need. Is that a sufficient amount? Or do you get more comfortable with it the more you use it?

To achieve a true Large Volume Low Pressure rinse, 240mL per use (1/2 solution per nostril) is sufficient. You should not have much solution left in the bottle after rinsing both nasal passages. Yes, you are very likely to get more comfortable using more solution the more that you use Sinus Rinse.
