I use your nasal rinse with filtered tap water and have recently become aware of the possibility of staph infections. Is a staph infection from urban tap water a real concern?

One worries about he E. Coli and not Staph Water. Staph Infections of sinuses are not uncommon. If you are using the water as we have directed in our brochure, there is no reason for you to develop any infection secondary to water.
