Dr. I was in the airplane and when it was about to descend - I had felt like my left eye was being stabbed from the inside of my head - and thought veins were going to burst. It was running up behind my left eyebrow and ran in left side of my forehead. Does Jal Neti help? Thanks

You probably built up pressure in your sinuses during the descent. Most likely your sinus openings were not fully opened. That created a pressure change. It is worth exploring the effectiveness of the neti pot or NeilMed Sinus Rinse system.
