I have Patulous Eustachian Tubes also known as Patent Eustachian Tubes. Is there a NeilMed product that I can use safely or does the fact that my Eustachian Tubes are always open mean I should not use any type of sinus rinse or spray.

You can get an OK from the doctor who placed the ear tubes to use either the Sinus Rinse or NasaMist. I am sure it will be OK but I am not the treating doctor.
