I used sinus rinse when I had nasal congestion. It was fine for two days but it come back worse Now I have sinus infections - blocked nose and ears. I am on an antibiotics and painkillers. Could it be a a side effect of wrong usage?

Sinus rinsing will not cause sinus infections. We do warn that you do not rinse if your nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have had ear surgery, an ear infection or blocked ears. However, you may rinse with a partially blocked nasal passage.
