What is the difference between Isotonic and Hipertonic? Should I use the extra strength because of sinusitis and extreme stuffiness?I prefer the rectangular tube. Can I still purchase Them?

If you feel more congestion, try out the extra strength. We certainly can supply the tubular packets as they re easy to pour. We will phase out the square packets.
