Sinugator stopped working after 2 weeks

Sinugator stopped working after 2 weeks when I put new batteries in - was working fine but doesnt work with brand new batteries - any ideas? thanks

Please make sure that polarity of the battery ends (positive and negative) are perfectly placed and metal contacts are clean.
