My kids have been using Neilmed sinus rinse since they were five years old and use the pediatric rinse. They are now thirteen and I was wondering what age you would recommend they start using the adult rinse. Thank you

They are ready for the regular kit. In our evaluation, we found that most 10 and up use the regular adult kit.
