I suffer with facial spasms on the left side of my face several times a day and have had a full MRI and CT Scan of my head which found no neurological problem. I notice when they start - it makes my sinus feel tight on that side even though there is no congestion. Could this be sinus related? The doctors have ruled out everything else.

I suggest that you see a neurologist. It seems that muscles are facial nerves are creating this problem. It does not seem to be sinus related. Final conclusion to be made by your treating doctors.
