Have been using the sinus rinse to finish off a sinus infection - with great results. I have had a nasal bleed- unrelated- but now would like to know if I need to wait a specific period of time before I can continue to irrigate sinuses. (i.e. - a day after a bleed - or longer)

If bleed was very small, it is OK to rinse gently and cannot blow the nose hard. If the bleed was significant, please do not rinse till you speak to your doctor. The best option is to ask your doctor so you get the best advice as he/she knows the situation better with your medical condition.
