Sinus wash with stuffy nose.

Last night I used nasal wash to clean nose. However, my nose was stopped up. The solution came out of my mouth and clogged my ear. I woke this morning with pressure in my head and I my face. Should I go to the Er. Will this hurt me?

It is all isotonic saline solution and will clear out soon.  The congestion could be from the underlying allergy or infection and will take its own course and of course, will improve  based on the treatment your doctor may give you and or time of a few days.
