I used the sinus rinse bottle for the first time and didn’t know if I did it right the first time so I did it a second time. is this okay?

I also still feel some slight discomfort in my sinus area. A few hours after i did the rinse i was putting my shoes on and more water poured out.

There is no harm if you did twice back-to-back. It is common for some residual saline and mucus to pour out upon bending forward. Please do read the brochure for additional details. We have explained these facts in the enclosed brochure.
