Ive had a stuffy nose for about 3 weeks now - if the right nostral isnt stuffed ... its the other one & vice versa.. i used the neilmed snius rinse today for the first time and see no difference.. should i try again or consult a doctor?

You try using two blue packets in 240 mL or 8 oz. of water. This will make it a more concentrated solution. In addition, you need to consult with your doctor.
